Another challenge! I should really stop now as I have so many books to read already, but I just can’t help myself it’s so addictive!

So, this is the Suspense & Thriller Reading Challenge 2009 hosted by J. Kaye’s Book Blog.

Rules: Read TWELVE (12) different sub-genres of thrillers in 2009 (you can find the list on J Kaye’s blog). You do NOT need to select your books ahead of time. Also, you may change as you go and your books can crossover into other challenges.

My sub-genres and book selections are as follows:

  1. Techno Thriller - Next by Michael Crichton
  2. Crime Thriller - Look Again by Lisa Scottoline
  3. Hard-Boiled Thriller - Deadlock by Sara Paretsky
  4. Hitman Thriller - The Good Guy by Dean Koontz
  5. Medical Thriller - Coma by Robin Cook
  6. Forensic Thriller - Death du Jour by Kathy Reichs
  7. Psychological Thriller - The Talented Mr Ripley by Patricia Highsmith
  8. Serial Killer Thriller - Darkly Dreaming Dexter by Jeff Lindsay
  9. Sci Fi Thriller - A Clockwork Orange by Anthony Burgess
  10. Religious Thriller - Angels & Demons by Dan Brown
  11. Legal Thriller - The Pelican Brief by John Grisham
  12. Horror Thriller - Body Count by Shaun Hutson
I will highlight each book as I complete it.
