This week I found more difficult as my desk doesn’t really change that much from week to week. However, somehow I managed…
My list of five BOOKISH things:
- A Dictionary and Thesaurus (I love having these at hand)
- A review book that I’m reading, which was sent as a PDF file, which I then printed off and is now a huge wad of A4 on my desk! (Not as satisfying as reading a real book)
- Succubus in the City by Nina Harper (a new book I bought at the weekend). Most of the books are now accumulating under my desk as there’s no more room on it!
- A book catalogue from a well known book shop in the UK – not a good idea leaving this on my desk within easy reach of the 1-Click facility on Amazon!
- A couple of new bookmarks I also bought at the weekend – which are very cute!
My list of five NON-BOOK things:
- Half eaten bar of Galaxy, and I mean a huge bar! Home alone and missing hubby
- Stapler – very boring but sometimes very useful
- An overflowing box of pens, most of which don’t work – I really should sort that out!
- CD’s again this week but different ones – History (Michael Jackson), I Am (Beyonce), Romantic Piano Classics (Beethoven, Mozart etc)
- My iPhone (Still cannot live without – this will always be on my desk!)

Your books are in neat stacks. Mine are, well… a little everywhere. =P I like how there's chocolate for you to enjoy. I enjoy reading and having tasty chocolate nearby too! A little taste of heaven. =)
Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting about my review for He Who Sings Last. As I reread my review, I feel I might have been a little too easy. Can you imagine? I don't wish to ruin your reading experience though.
I did not enjoy it because I was left reading it as an e-book, but I decided to give it a shot, and then I just kept reading because I had said I would review it, but I feel good about my review. I guess the good and the bad do go together, whether we like it or not.
Thanks again.
Oh, and I'm following you. =)

Hi Carolyn!
Oh, my! Yes, I see what you mean about the 1-Click facility on Amazon! That is dangerous in itself, let alone with a book catalogue. I hope you enjoy Succubus in the City, it's another first book in a series of which I want to add to my tbr pile. But I daren't buy any more books as the moment!
I have to say I have a strange fascination with bookmarks, too. Kind of goes with the territory, I guess. ha!
Thanks for playing along again! I am adding all your photos right now, before I go anywhere else.
Catch you later,
Sassy
Hmmmm! Chocolate
- (said in a Homer 'doughnuts' kind of voice).
That's actually a very artsy photo!

Linda – No, I can promise you that your review hasn't ruined my reading experience – I haven't liked the book since the first chapter! I'm finding it very difficult to keep going but I did say I would review it, positive or not. I'm half way through right now so I will drop by and let you know when my review is posted! Thanks for stopping by my blog and commenting and adding yourself to my followers.
Sassy – I do like books that are from a series! I have just started the Sookie Stackhouse set as well. I love bookmarks too – whenever I buy books I tend to come out with another bookmark. I have a pile of them in my draw by my bed. Maybe I will take a photo of those for next weeks Wednesday….
