BBAW: Best New Blog Nomination!

Today the BBAW nominations went out to over 1,200 blogs that were nominated for various categories. To my utter disbelief Book Chick City was nominated for one and it was:

Best New Blog: This new blog seems to have appeared out of nowhere since September of 2008 and has jumped into the book blogging world with both feet. You love their posts and wonder how the book blogging world ever got along without them

I am absolutely stunned and completely chuffed! Thank you so much to those of you who nominated me. I now have to choose five posts that best represents this category and I have no idea which to choose!! Judges will then short list all categories and that’s when the voting begins. If I go no further than just being nominated than I will be very happy, as this is such a great surprise and I wasn’t expecting it at all, especially as I have only been blogging for eight weeks. Thank you again so much – I am so excited!!!

    i've got nominated 2 4 the BEST YA BLOG. it was sooo unexpected. I've been blogging 4 3 months. i have 2 post mine. IDK which 5 post i'll use.
