New Blogs on the Block: Jojo from Jojo's Book Corner

Jojo
1. When and why did you start blogging?
Well I started blogging oh I think about 2 months ago *runs and checks the date* ya the 4th of Sept. originally I started just to have a place to ramble on, and on about anything and everything I could about nothing. But then I found a few new friends on twitter and they all had book blogs. I spent countless hours looking at alot of different book blogs and just decided thats what I wanna do !!!
2. Tell us a little about your blog?
I have a bunch of yummies on my blog. First of course I am starting reviews. I have only done 1 so far but more are to come. I have a Hottie of the Month section because *wink* well because they are HOTTIES!!! I have a Saturday Delights section where I share random reading treats to make (suggestions are great!). Soon I hope to start doing my own interviews. *wink* I do have my first interviews / contests coming soon...

3. Are there any features on your blog you would like to highlight?
*sigh* Oh the Hotties of the Month is def. one of my Favorite Posts. Just a Column FULL of HOTTIES!!! * Fans self * October is def. a delicious month! I do take suggestions so anyone please feel free to send me suggestions for Hottie of the Month. I also have started doing reviews for "Blogs With Bite" There is a review I did last night for Queene of Light. I posted it last night, its my first review for blog with bite.
4. What's been the high point of blogging so far?
I have met some really great people. Every single one has been very sweet *pokes BookChickCity* you were ones of the first few I met :0) I am nutorious for asking 20 questions. And no-one has even hesitated in helping me with anything! Plus it is so nice to find people that have the same interests in books and that I can chat, share opinions and views with like me.
5. Tell us a little bit about yourself.
*takes a deep breath* Well, I am 29 *cringes* going to be the BIG 30 in June 2010. I am happily married to my husband Chad for almost 5 years now. We do not have any children yet but we do have 5 dogs (which are our baby's, and I have pics of them up on my site) and 2 horses. I am a welder /fabricator, and have been since I was 16 years old and I love doing it! I have in the last few years gotten into metal art at work. if anyone would care to take a peek at my art www.hitechart.webs.com I am always up to showing it off!

6. What's your favourite book of all time?
Ohhh *scratches chin* I guess I don't have 'A' favorite book of all time but I do have a favorite series. Ya you guessed it.... I LOVE the Twilight series. My favorite from best to ok "Eclipse , Breaking Dawn, Twilight, New Moon". Well I guess you could say Eclipse is probably my favorite book.
7. Who are your favourite authors?
I would say pretty much anyone I have read this year so far. I have just recently gotten back into reading this year so I have not read alot yet. But I would have to say some of my FAV authors are: Stephinie Meyer, J.R. Ward, Gena Showalter, Kresley Cole, Lara Adrian, Jacquelyn Frank. I'm sure I have many more but since it is only 5:30 am *sips coffee* my brain is not working 100% yet.
8. How many books are on your tbr list right now?
Oh gosh, I would say somewhere around 100 -150 or so, probably more. *Looks around, whispers* just don't tell the Hubs!! My TBR pile is getting bigger and bigger every day. There are just so many great books out there. My TBR pile I actually have I would say there are probably about 30 I have on hand to read.

9. Where do you see your blog in a year from now?
Well I hope to have a review of all the books I have read this year, and all the ones after. I hope to be able to give me current followers and new followers to come an insite to different books to enjoy. I hope to have at least 100 followers. That would just feel so awesome! But most of all I just hope anyone who comes to my blog will be pleased that they stopped by.
A few more delights from Jojo's Book Corner:
