Welcome to Larissa’s Life

1. When and why did you start blogging?

I started my blog almost two years ago but only recently decided to start reviewing the books Im so obsessed with.

2. Tell us a little about your blog?

My blog started as a way for me to share some of my stories and experiences with people. I have always been through weird and funny situations in life and my friends always say that my life sound like a TV show… Hence, the name of it… I have plans to write a book on my life and having some of my stories archived like that helps too. For the past year I have been reading like crazy and therefore decided that sharing my opinion on series and books was a good idea :) Though I will keep writing my personal stories as well.

3. Are there any features on your blog you would like to highlight?

At the moment the only feature is “Lala’s Book Corner”, since my blog isn’t exclusively about books. Though they are going to be a huge part of it from now on and I will probably add new features to it soon.

4. What’s been the high point of blogging so far?

I think I’ve had two. One was my first review recently and the first was a very personal post I wrote a while back, that I am very proud of.

I don’t have many books as most are ebooks

5. Tell us a little bit about yourself.

I’m 26, I study communication in English and live in Israel. I’m originally from Brazil, where I taught English as a second language for almost 7 years. I immigrated to Israel almost 3 years ago. I’m addicted to Urban Fantasy / Paranormal Romance Books, TV Shows and Movies too.

6. What’s your favourite book of all time?

That question is hard to answer and recently my answer has changed. I’ll not say book, but Trilogy and that is “The Aspect of Crow” trilogy by Jeri Smith-Ready.

7. Who are your favourite authors?

Kelley Armstrong, JR Ward, Jeri Smith-Ready, Keri Arthur, Richelle Mead, Rachel Vincent, Rachel Caine, Lilith Saintcrow, Karen Chance, Kim Harrison, Kat Richardson, DD Brant, Linda Robertson, Christine Warren, Michelle Rowen, Cassandra Clare, Ann Aguirre, Lara Adrian, Lora Leigh, Jaime Rush, Sunny, Jennifer Rardin, Jeaniene Frost, Jocelynn Drake, Alyson Noel, Laurell K Hamilton, L.J. Smith, P.C. Cast, MaryJanice Davidson, Ilona Andrews, Jenna Black, Kimberly Raye, Karen MacInerney, Molly Harper, L.A. Banks, Caitlin Kittredge, Agatha Christie, Carrie Vaughn, Chloe Neill, Dakota Banks, Dakota Cassidy, Jaye Wells, Terry Spear, Devon Monk, Eileen Wilks, Jeanne C. Stein, Marta Acosta, Michele Bardsley, Patricia Briggs, Vivian Arend, Rob Thurman, Vicki Pettersson, Stephenie Meyer, Dan Brown I think I might be missing someone :P

This shows a bit of the “mess” I am :P

8. How many books are on your tbr list right now?

105 Books :)

9. Where do you see your blog in a year from now?

I want to explore this literary side of mine, keep writing reviews and hopefully be able to conduct giveaways, contests, have more followers. I wanna keep posting my personal stories on it, ’cause I like the personal touch that it gives my blog. I’m not anonymously posting reviews, I am a person with problems, stories, opinions and experience to share. I want my to be a experience you will want to be part of…
