This is the new cover to Keys to the Repository, a Blue Bloods short story collection by Melissa de la Cruz. I love it and think it is much better than the US cover (sorry guys). The only thing I would say is that the girl looks ‘airbrushed’ quite a bit, but I love the skyline and the overall effect – it’s actually quite striking.

So what do you guys think – you likey?

Summary
Lavish parties. Passionate meetings in the night. Bone-chilling murders. Exams. The day-to-day life of Schuyler Van Alen and her Blue Bloods friends (and enemies) is never boring.

But there’s oh-so-much more to know about these beautiful and powerful Blue Bloods. Below the streets of Manhattan, within the walls of the Repository, lies a wealth of revealing short stories, journal entries and never-before-seen letters about the vampire elite dating back through time.

Won’t you come inside?

I don't know. I kind of like the US cover more. Granted, I haven't read the series, but I like the eye looking through the lock aspect.

Meh – it's the airbrushing that makes it a no-no for me; perhaps it's a little too false and artificial. I prefer the grungy US cover better, its grittiness gives it an edge :D

I like the UK cover much better but I would still buy the US cover only because it matches my other copies lol. I have this pet peeve about authors changing their cover designs half way through the series. Half my Laurell K Hamilton books match like pretty little things all in a row and the other have look like they came late to the party.

Hi guys – lots of differing views. Some love, some like, so prefer the US cover. I love the cover but as I said the girl is a bit too airbrushed but I think the overall effect is lovely. I think the American cover is ok, just a bit odd to me with the great big eyeball LOL.

As usual thanks for stopping by and commenting :)
