Vampire Academy Week – Top Ten with Richelle Mead!

I am very excited to welcome Richelle Mead, author of the ‘Vampire Academy’ series, (which I’m reviewing all this week!) to Book Chick City. This New York Times and USA Today bestselling series has won honors from the American Library Association and been translated into 30 languages.
Richelle is also the author of two adult urban fantasy series: ‘Dark Swan’ and ‘Georgina Kinkaid’.

My "favourite" animal is a greyhound. And I now love the British spelling of "favorite." The American version lacks panache. Thanks for another fun column!

Favourite food:
Breakfast Cereal. you can eat it any time of day, for a meal or a snack and is always good comfort food.
plus it's a super quick meal late night post-gigs etc

Favorite animal – cats (but unfortunately I'm wildly allergic to them so I can't have one of my own).

Hmm…my fave animal? I'm going to say a "shark" because nobody else will. Secretly I kinda like puppies too.
And drink? It's not what I wake up to every morning and not what I would necessarily say if I were interviewed, but I do love a grown up Mojito on occasion. Lime and Mint are so yummy together!
