CAROLYN ~ This week I’ve bought a few kindle reads as they were cheap, so couldn’t resist. I also bought the kindle version of ‘Under the Dome‘ – I have this book as a hardback but have had trouble reading it as it’s just SO big and heavy and as I have small hands and love to read in bed I decided to buy the kindle version – much better
The two paperbacks were Christmas pressie from my mum.

CAROLYN ~ I’m reading ‘Sadie Walker is Stranded‘ – I’ve been waiting to read this book for what seems like forever, so I’m glad it is now in my hands
I have the UK edition, but I’ve also added the US cover below as well as it is awesome. Unfortunately I’ve only managed one chapter with the lead up to Christmas, but once the festivities are over, hopefully I can really get stuck in.

LAURA ~ I finished ‘All I Want for Christmas Is A Vampire‘ by Kerrelyn Sparks and I couldn’t wait to start ‘The Renfield Symdrome‘ by J. A. Saare. My current audiobook continues to be ‘Hexed‘ by Kevin Hearne.

FAVOURITE BOOK READ
CAROLYN ~ I only managed to read a couple of short stories from Wolfsbane & Mistletoe this week – I really enjoyed the stories I read and I hope to read a few more in the future.

LAURA ~ Has got to be ‘The Renfield Symdrome‘ I’m only about a third of the way in so far, but I haven’t been able to put it down. Well, as much as my baby son will let me!

Starting tomorrow Laura and I will be posting about our Top 10s of the Year, including our Top 10 Reads 2011, our Top 10 Best and Worst covers 2011 and our Top 10 Most Anticipated Reads 2012. On Saturday there will be no ‘On My Wishlist‘ instead I will be looking back on 2011 and remembering the events from around the world, that had a profound affect on me.
And, just so you start the week with a smile, I give you… ickle baby turtle.

xoxo
