On My Wishlist is a fun weekly event hosted by
Book Chick City and runs every Saturday. It’s where we list all the books we desperately want but haven’t actually bought yet. They can be old, new or forthcoming. It’s also an event that you can join in with too – Mr Linky is always at the ready for you to link your own ‘On My Wishlist’ post. If you want to know more click

CAROLYN’S WISHLIST
I am a huge fan of Rhiannon Frater’s ‘As the World Dies‘ zombie series – if you haven’t read it yet then I can’t recommend it enough!! “Pretty When She Kills” is the second book from Rhiannon’s vampire series – I have book one on my Kindle already, and even though I haven’t read it yet I had to put book two on my wishlist any way. I’m certain I will love these books too. The links below are for the first book in the series “Pretty When She Dies” as there are no links for this one as yet.
Pretty When She Kills
Rhiannon Frater
Publication Date: 2012
Genre: Horror
Amazon UK: Kindle
Amazon US: Kindle
The Book Depository
Summary:
No synopsis available.
This sounds so much fun and I love supernatural/paranormal mysteries! Although, I wouldn’t have thought it was this particular genre by the look of the cover – I think they could have done better.
Murder Buys a T-shirt (Haunted Souvenir Shop Mystery #1)
Christy Fifield (Berkley)
Publication Date: March 2012
Genre: Paranormal Mystery
Amazon UK: Paperback
Amazon US: Paperback

Summary:
Glory Martine has inherited her uncle’s Florida souvenir shop, one stuffed with collectibles, mementos of times gone by–and ghosts–who, like her customers, refuse to let go of the past. But things take an even more unexpected turn when a local football hero dies far too suddenly and suspiciously. Now, Glory has to uncover the truth before someone makes her history… (Goodreads)
LAURA’S WISHLIST
Catherine Anderson is one of those authors who makes it onto my automatic buy pile, so I cannot wait for her newest release next year.
Summary:
To support her orphaned niece, impoverished Brianna O’Keefe accepts work with a Colorado rancher. To guard herself from unwanted attention, she resorts to a harmless little lie: that she’s married to a Denver gold miner named David Paxton. But when her “husband” shows up, Brianna is stunned-not the least by her desire… (Goodreads)
This book looks like great fun and will definitely be going on my Christmas list!
Summary:
Most of Zoe’s friends are dead, but she doesn’t mind because they died long before she met them. Then one Tuesday night an angel takes her salsa dancing and turns her world upside down. Grim reality closes in when she discovers a body in her company’s boiler room and Higher Angels accuse her best ghost friend of murder. Knowing she’s the only one who can stand against them, Zoe resorts to lying, stealing and summoning. In the end, getting blood on her hands forces Zoe to question herself.
Content warning: Contains strong language and supernatural sizzle. (Goodreads)
