Hi guys. Carolyn here with this week’s Monday Mashup. I’ve come across a few things that I just HAVE to show you. Some of you may have already seen these via my tweets from my Pinerest account, but for those that haven’t, enjoy! ;D

Bad Book Covers

OK, on my daily visit to Goodreads and Amazon, I came across these two book covers, and O. M. G! What were the publishers or authors thinking. I mean really. It is a crime against book lovers everywhere.

Take exhibit number one. For a start, do I really need to see his bare arse. It’s not even a nice arse. It certainly is a view to kill, I nearly died when I saw this – of laughter! And the greasy slicked back hair… I wouldn’t want to run my fingers through that, would you? ;D

Exhibit number two. I have to say when I first saw this I honestly thought it was a naked guy sitting on a toilet! But on closer inspection he’s actually kneeling on one knee and the text is hiding it. Really, this is not sexy people.

I have no idea if the stories beyond these covers are good or not as I haven’t read them, but with these covers, I definitely wouldn’t want to be seen dead reading them! In this case the cover really does matter!

Sexy Archangels

As you may or may not know, ever since I read Nalini Singh’s ‘Guild Hunter’ series, I have had a huge crush on angels and I’ve been buying up every angel book I see. So to celebrate sexy angels everywhere (they do exist right?) I give you these images – aren’t they delish?

Bookish Jewellery

I’m always on the look out for cute necklaces, and if it combines some of my favourite things then even better. I came across this cute little necklace on my travels around the internets, isn’t it lovely?

I love collecting bookmarks and I’m always on the look out for something really original. I found it when I saw this cute little ‘Wicked Witch from the East’ bookmark. Unfortunately, I won’t be buying it any time soon as the price tag is £20, a little expensive for my bookmark budget!

I found this on You Tube while looking up funny animals (I do this on a regular basis to cheer myself up). It’s absolutely hilarious. Cat’s are just so funny, what he was thinking nobody will every know LOL
