Wowee! This is superb, so much better than the first one. I cannot explain just how much I love this! The artwork around her eyes that looks like face paint, illustrated to look like a mask is so beautiful. It completely captivates you. Then you have the strong grey eyes glancing at you and the stunning fonts. A* to the illiustrator because this is gorgeous.
CAROLYN’S THOUGHTS
I really like this cover. I liked the US cover for the previous book too and I think this is a great continuation. I love the font and the red eye tattoo is just really striking against the black and white photograph. Normally I prefer my covers to be illustrations but I think this works brilliantly. Also I CANNOT wait to read this book, both Laura and I really enjoyed the first in the series, Daughter of Smoke & Bone.

Wasn’t that the 1st books UK cover?…. I haven’t seen the cover release for the UK cover for the 2nd book…
