LAURA’S THOUGHTS
I think this has to be the best cover in the series so far, it really is beautiful. My eyes are completely drawn to the book she is holding straight away. I love the way that it is glowing, how it looks powerful and magical and illuminates her face too. I haven’t read the series, but Tessa looks regal, strong and determined. The contrast of the red of her book and the glowing orange of the book with the smoky grey background is distinct and enhances the illustration. A really great cover.
CAROLYN’S THOUGHTS
I agree with Laura, this is the best cover in the series. I love the model’s pose with the light of the book shining up at her. St. Paul’s in the background and her dress give this a steampunk vibe. The colours are gorgeous and work really well. The one this I would say needed a bit more attention is the title font, it’s a little dull, but as there’s so much going on in the image maybe this is just as well and was intentional. Overall a lovely cover.

I love this cover! I mean it has her holding a supercool book! Wonder where she got it?I didn’t know it was part of a series and to be honest was never really drawn to the others. This cover makes me want to read the series

I have read the first two in the series and I can’t wait for Clockwork Princess to be released, I love how they link in to the Mortal Instrument series too. I’m still rooting for Will!

Are they good? I’ve never been compelled to pick them up before?
