I have been having a little sort out of my received for review bookcases and thought I’d do a giveaway. All of the 20 books/ARCs I’ve selected I received as duplicates, are new and unread.

Personally I want to win the books because many of those books are on my wishlist/I am too broke to buy list. I admit it I am a broke student who is losing hours at work and needs something else to fill her time. (Also I like that the kitty is not included we have 5 at my house I don’t need to win another).

Plus I’m on a book buying ban at the moment as I’m saving for some much need home improvements (a working shower!) so the number of new books I have has been fairly low this year…

I never win anything, but I’d sure love to win these books!!!! Books cheer me up, I need some cheer at the moment as I’m sick, again, my kids are sick again.. and I need some book love in my life… Ooh the kitty is purrfectly gorgeous! Is it a boy? Kitty looks like a boy, I love the really hairy guys. I have a Garfield lookalke, he’s so fat and clumsy but incredibly funny… for a huge cat he has sissy girly squeaky miaow lol!

Many of the books you are giving away are on my To Be Read list. The authors and novels are a fantastic assortment. They are hard copy books. I have an ereader but still prefer “real” books. I want to be able to hold it and turn actual pages – not swipe my finger across a screen or tap the edge to change a page. This is a fantastic giveaway! Thank you!

I’d like to win because there are some great books in there! Earthseed & Farseed sound good, and I’ve always thought the ‘Home For Peculiar Children’ book sounded interesting. There are a lot of awesome books there!

I think we all have a reason for wanting these books. I, like many others love to read. I don’t even mind reading books that are for the younger gender and YA books. My daughter and I do buddy reads and compare the books we have read. Its a great way to bond, especially when there 16 yrs of age. The main reason is because my moms been sick and I stay in the hospital and I’m not aloud to take my phone to read from it. This would be great to have all those books and I could even read to my mom. She has cancer and its hard on the family.

I really need to win those books. I’m at the hospital so I check my emails when I take a break from setting with my mom. I have two books left to read and then I will be totally bored. I’ve never read any books by these authors so it will be nice to find new authors. My daughter could also read some of the books when she comes to visit us at the hospital. My friends and I have just started up a new book club. This would really give us a perfect start to our new club. The books would be rotated and we plan weekly discussion meetings. It is our way of combating the tight economy and still having a get together. Thank you for this fabulous chance

What can I say? We are a family of readers and the books will be well used between family and friends. I’d love to win because we enjoy finding new authors, new story lines and sharing our interpretations over a coffee or a glass of wine.

I’d love these books as I’m an avid reader and I’m trying to encourage my teenage nieces to get off the laptop and a certain social networking site and to pick up a book to broaden their horizons and outlook on life

Would love to win as I too have had a clear out of the bookcase and it now looks a bit bare! All my books went to the charity shop as I’d read them all and my other half insisted I get rid of them….but if it’s books I haven’t read yet he can hardly object!

I would love to win the box of books as im a bookaholic :/ I have a book in every room of the house (including both bathrooms) and refuse point blank to get a kindle as its not the same, doesnt have that new book smell and doesnt get that slightly dog earred look to the edges from being read over and over again. I actually had to buy 2 copies of some of my books so I had a ‘bookshelf’ copy and a reading copy :O

A fab selection of books! Whilst the Kindle has taken over for holidays, there’s still nothing I like better than settling down of an evening with a hot chocolate, my duvet and a good book – and there’s a lot of them in that selection!
